Quantitative Analyst:
Salary : £50,000

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Analyst at Vaincre. As a Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, pricing, and trading financial instruments. This includes market risk analysis, utilizing analytical skills, and applying statistical and mathematical models to quantitative analytics. While this role is primarily located in Greater London, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistics and mathematics
Experience in market risk analysis and quantitative analytics
Ability to develop and implement trading strategies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills

The Salesperson will be responsible for calls, interviews and onboarding applicants, searching through various CV's to find the right candidates to manage our capital. This role is based in Greater London with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and if possible knowledge in one of the following trading financial instruments such as stocks, futures options, cryptocurrencies, and foreign exchange contracts
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Junior Equity Trader:
(Salary - £35,000 Per Annum [£2,916 per month] )

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role available at our London office and with flexibility for some remote work. As a Junior Equity Trader, you will be responsible for researching, pricing, and trading various financial instruments, including stocks, futures options, cryptocurrencies, and foreign exchange contracts. You will be required to monitor market trends and execute trades, manage portfolios, and work closely with the senior trading staff to develop profitable trading strategies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Stock Market, Trading, and Technical Analysis
Experience creating profitable trading strategies
Ability to perform Technical Analysis and use technical chart reading as a tool for making trades

How does the training process work?
Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. After successfully completing the training, you will be offered a contract and will have the opportunity to manage funds from our capital under employment.
Is a Paid Training Included?
We do provide a paid training program in which we observe and train our members to manage our capital using strategic methods in order to maintain and increase our funds in return. This is compulsory and spans within 4 weeks and does extend depending on a individuals circumstance regarding trading.
What is the average a trainee completes the training?
he training process is tailored to each individual, as trading the financial markets can be complex and challenging. The emphasis is on risk management and maintaining accounts. While the duration and experience may vary, on average, 7 out of 10 trainees successfully complete the training and move on to potential onboarding and capital management.
What happens if the 4 week training is not completed will I be removed?
If you are unable to complete the training within the initial 4-week timeframe, you will not be immediately removed. We understand that each individual's learning pace can vary. You will remain onboard until you meet the required targets. Our supportive team of experienced and profitable traders will assist you throughout this process. You'll have access to the team both during and outside office hours. Our comprehensive training and support are designed to help you develop the world-class skills that have positioned us as a leading company in capital management within the financial markets.
Am I liable for any losses incurred while managing your capital?
No, you are not personally liable for any losses incurred while managing our capital. At Vaincre, we understand that losses are an inherent part of trading. The company absorbs these losses as part of the trading process. We have established robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and protect our capital.
What happens if I fall behind and do not meet requirements once employed?
